· Accuracy: You guarantee that the personal and payment data provided are true and accurate.

4. PAYMENT

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

· Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

· Conditions: To be eligible for a return/exchange, jewelry must be:

1. In its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

2. In its original packaging (box, pouch, and tags).

3. Accompanied by the original invoice.

· Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective. Custom-made or engraved pieces are also non-returnable.

· Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as TIKOO is not liable for lost return packages.

· Manufacturing Warranty: TIKOO guarantees that our jewelry is free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.

· Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover:

2. Damage caused by misuse (e.g., exposure to chemicals, perfumes, swimming pools, or physical impact).

3. Loss of gemstones or broken chains due to improper handling.

· Allergy Notice: While we strive to use high-quality materials (such as Gold Plating), users are responsible for knowing their own metal sensitivities. TIKOO Jewelry is not liable for allergic reactions.
