Returns & Exchanges

At TIKOO Jewelry, we want you to be completely in love with your new pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with your return or exchange.

 

1. RETURN POLICY

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

· Condition of Jewelry: To be eligible for a refund, the jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition, with all original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and tags intact.

· Hygiene Exception: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

· Custom Pieces: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

2. RETURN PROCESS

1. Notification: Before sending any items back, you must contact us at customer@tikoojewelry.com to notify us of your return request.

2. Shipping: All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as TIKOO is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Address: Before sending any items back, please contact us at customer@tikoojewelry.com for the nearest available return address.

 

3. REFUNDS

· Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

· The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

· Please note: Original shipping fees, as well as any international duties and taxes paid at the time of delivery, are non-refundable.

 

4. EXCHANGES

· If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, please contact our customer service at customer@tikoojewelry.com.

· In the event of an exchange for a defective item, TIKOO Jewelry will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

· Promotional Sales: During sale periods or special promotions, we may only accept returns for store credit, and direct exchanges may not be available.

 

5. MANUFACTURING GUARANTEE & DEFECTS

TIKOO Jewelry prides itself on quality. However, the guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

· Natural Oxidation: Silver and gold plating may tarnish or fade naturally over time due to exposure to air, skin acidity, or moisture.

· Misuse: Damage caused by improper maintenance (e.g., wearing jewelry in swimming pools, exposure to perfume, or physical impact/dropping) is not covered.

· Color Variations: Small differences in the tonality of gemstones or hand-finished textures are characteristic of artisanal jewelry and are not considered defects.

If your product is genuinely defective upon arrival, TIKOO Jewelry will bear all shipping costs related to the return and replacement.
