Shipping Policy

At TIKOO Jewelry, we strive to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and promptly. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

· Transit Times: While we work with reliable carriers, TIKOO cannot guarantee exact transit times. Unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs delays, or carrier issues) may affect delivery once the package leaves our facility.

· Expedited Shipping: Please note that expedited services typically do not include weekend deliveries.

· Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow an additional 1- 2 business days for processing during peak seasons or for specific handcrafted items.

 

2. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

· PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure the secure delivery of our jewelry.

· Security: TIKOO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.

 

3. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Our team works quickly to fulfill your orders.

· Order Edits: Once an order is placed, Customer Care cannot modify the product, size, or quantity.

· Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer@tikoojewelry.com immediately. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

 

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Duties & Taxes)

tikoojewelry.com currently ships to selected international destinations.

· Fees at Checkout: The shipping fee paid at checkout covers only the transportation of the package.

· Import Duties: The customer is the "importer of record" and is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by the destination country. These fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

· Refused Packages: If a package is refused at delivery, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties/taxes incurred, and the cost of returning the package to our facility. These amounts will be deducted from your total refund.
