Shipping Policy

Starting December 3, 2024 Tibi will be charging $12 for all domestic ground shipments. Please reach out toCustomercare@tibi.com for any questions regarding this updated policy.

Dnce your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date.However, Tibi cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package hasleft our facility. Our selected carriers do not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor doesexpedited delivery include weekends. lf you are placing an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday for expediteddelivery, please allow 2-3 days more than the specified expedited delivery time to receive your order due to the factthat product may be coming from a location that is closed on the day your order is placed. Tibi is not responsible forany lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered upon confirmation from associated shipping carrier.

Customer Care cannot edit the product, size or quantity on the order after placed, but may be able to assist with otherneeds. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care immediately. Once an order has left ouifacility,orders cannot be cancelled.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

For customers shipping to Belgium, you may enter a parcel locker or post office address as an alternative to yourhome delivery address

Tibi.com currently accepts international orders to select countries. in addition to the delivery fee at checkoutaccording to the shipping rates below, the customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carriei
upon delivery.

For packages that are refused at delivery, customer's will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs toand from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.

We do not currently ship to the European Union under the value of 190 USD for clothing and shoes. Please note thatorders placed under this value are subject to review and cancellation by Tibi.
